We started TechAssist because too many hardworking businesses were getting a raw deal from IT providers — slow response times, jargon-filled explanations, and cookie-cutter solutions that didn't fit. TechAssist can ensure your data us stored locally (Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth) if required and has access to datacentres globally.
Upgrading hardware may not be necessary to use the cloud, as most modern devices can access cloud services through a web browser or app. However, some applications may have specific hardware requirements, so it’s best to check with us.
