TechAssist’s Tecoma office is our home base. It’s where our Network Operations Centre (NOC) runs 24/7 monitoring for every managed client, where we host technical training and client meetings, and where our team works when they’re not on-site somewhere across Melbourne.
Tecoma sits in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges, on Burwood Highway just past Belgrave. It’s a 50-minute drive from the CBD but only minutes from clients across the outer eastern suburbs — Belgrave, Upwey, Ferntree Gully, Boronia, Bayswater and up into the hills. If you’re visiting us, parking is genuinely easy: free on-street out the front and free off-street behind the building. No CBD parking-app gymnastics required.
