Our Service Plans

All prices are per user per month (ex GST). Minimum 5 users. All plans include Australian-based support.

Essential — $49/user

Remote helpdesk support during business hours. Proactive monitoring and alerting. Patch management. Basic cybersecurity (antivirus, email filtering). Monthly reporting.

Professional — $89/user

Everything in Essential plus: 24/7 monitoring, 4-hour SLA, advanced endpoint protection (SentinelOne), Essential Eight compliance, quarterly vCIO reviews, cloud backup management.

Enterprise — $129/user

Everything in Professional plus: 24/7 helpdesk, 1-hour critical SLA, full SOC monitoring, dedicated account manager, on-site support days, annual penetration testing.

Veeam cloud backup for servers and workstations. From $5/user/month depending on data volume and retention requirements.

Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment, configuration, and training. Licensing plus $15/user/month for managed support and optimisation.

Infrastructure projects, migrations, and deployments quoted separately. We provide fixed-price quotes so you know the cost upfront.

Regular on-site support days available for all plans. $1,200/day (metro), $1,500/day (regional). Included in Enterprise plans.

No Lock-In Contracts

We offer month-to-month agreements because we believe you should stay with us because we deliver value, not because you’re locked in. All plans have a 30-day notice period. We’ll help with transition if you ever decide to move on — no data hostage situations, no exit fees.

What's Not Included

We believe in transparency. Here’s what sits outside our standard plans: hardware procurement (we quote separately at cost-plus), software licensing (Microsoft 365, line-of-business apps), major infrastructure projects (quoted as fixed-price), and third-party vendor fees (ISP, telco, SaaS subscriptions). We’ll always tell you upfront if something will incur additional cost.

Volume & NFP Discounts

Organisations with 50+ users receive volume pricing across all plans. Not-for-profit organisations and schools receive a 15% discount on all service plans. Schools and education providers have access to our dedicated education IT support programme with term-aligned service delivery.
